| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com To have resisted Def Leppard's radio power in their heyday, you'd have to have been a critic--and even some of us could hardly argue with the likes of "Photograph," "Animal," and "Bringin' on the Heartbreak." Vault covers a decade and a half of hits by the one-time wonder boys of the new wave of British metal, but perhaps inevitably concentrates on singles from the multiplatinum Pyromania and Hysteria. It offers little meaning beyond fun fun fun, but there are hooks here that Noel Gallagher would punch a paparazzo for. --Rickey Wright

All The Big Hits Are Here May 4, 2010 gooniemcfly (out there) Def Leppard's Vault cd offers all of their biggest hits. Although it would have been nice to have some of their minor hits on here to make the cd complete. If it included songs like: "Rock Rock (Till You Drop)", "Too Late For Love", "Stand Up (Kick Love InTo Motion)", & "Make Love Like A Man" this would have been a truly definative collection. Although Def Leppard's Rock of Ages: The Definitive Collection carries three of those four tunes I like this greatest hits collection better because there isn't a bunch of filler. Not that their songs are filler, I just like to have all the hits without a bunch of songs that aren't as popular. This cd runs at a brisk 70 mins. Fifteen songs make up this album and most songs on here run at about five mins. each. My favorite Def Leppard song is "Animal". The intro to this song is great and I love to sing along to this song. Its good to see that the songs mostly come from three of their biggest albums. They were definately a good band. If one wants a cd with all of Def Leppard's biggest hits and no filler I recommend this cd.

one song from the the first two albums , thats it really? what about Rock Brigade , Let It Go , Saturday Night ? this stinks . the early stuff is the best . remember that next time you release a greatest hits.
Love this CD January 15, 2010 Suzanne (Alabama) They could not have picked better songs for this CD. I did have it a number of years ago when it came out. I just replaced my lost one. Very happy with my purchase. This is one of the few CD's that I can play from beginning to end and not get tired of.

I was a little dissapointed. I should have just downloaded the two or three good tracks rather then waste the money on this whole cd.

ITS OK, BUT ITS MISSING A TON OF GOOD SONGS. YOUR BETTER OFF BUYING EACH CD, YOU GET MORE OF THE GOOD TUNES THAT WAY.
